We'll Start With a Detailed and Accurate Take-Off
Jennings Concrete installs commercial concrete paving for site development projects throughout Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston counties. Our work typically includes defined areas such as dumpster pads, aprons, accessible parking pads, drive-thru lanes and loading or unloading areas.
These pours are often located where different parts of the site come together and where regular vehicle or service activity will take place. We build from the approved plans so the paving works with the grades, adjoining surfaces and intended use of the finished site.
Concrete Paving We Commonly Install
Jennings' commercial concrete paving work includes:
- Dumpster pads
- Aprons
- Accessible parking pads
- Drive-thru lanes
- Loading and unloading pads
If a project includes another defined concrete paving scope, send us the plans. In most cases, we are able to accommodate the requirements.
Concrete Paving Within the Larger Sitework Package
Concrete paving often connects directly to asphalt, curb and gutter, sidewalks, building areas or other finished surfaces. Those tie-ins make grades and sequencing important beyond the concrete itself.
Jennings coordinates with the sitework contractor so the area is ready when our paving scope is scheduled and the concrete connects with the surrounding work as shown in the plans.
These areas also have a job to do once construction is complete. Whether it is a drive-thru lane carrying daily traffic or a dumpster pad supporting service access, we treat the paving as a working part of the finished site—not simply an isolated pour.
